Assistant Station Master - UAE National

Support the Station Master and Passenger Services team to deliver safe, reliable, customer-focused Metro operations. You’ll help plan and manage station resources, monitor service delivery against performance targets, and lead the team to resolve passenger service issues. The role includes visible customer support (ticketing and enquiries), incident response and follow-up, station readiness, and monitoring station areas via CCTV to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
