Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the General Manager to define and execute strategies to enhance fleet health.
  • •Continuously monitor and analyze safety performance indicators, trends, and anomalies; validate the safety case and apply risk mitigation controls.
  • •Conduct safety incident investigation and maintain high operational safety standards across all sites.
  • •Run site readiness assessments and ensure operational readiness for deployment; implement best practices.
  • •Lead Site Safety Programs including weekly Safety Stand-Downs and Safety Concern Reporting; remediate nonconformance and conduct tabletop exercises with vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in transportation safety, logistics, or trucking.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics, Logistics, Transportation, or a related safety field (preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
  • •Experience with Kaizen framework and daily incremental improvements to processes and systems.
  • •Preferred certifications: OSHA 500/501 or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
