Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Support to drive customer success
•Design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions and adoption roadmaps for customers
•Drive the technical win by explaining ROI and differentiating Cloudflare solutions from competitors
•Manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands across stakeholders
•Travel to customer offices, conferences and talks to support the sales process and customer enablement

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Business Fluency in German
•Ability to manage a project, meet deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
•Understanding of how the internet works (TCP vs UDP, DNS, TLS, HTTP) and related concepts
•Travel to customer offices, conferences and/or talks
•Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role
