Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Support to drive customer success
  • •Design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions and adoption roadmaps for customers
  • •Drive the technical win by explaining ROI and differentiating Cloudflare solutions from competitors
  • •Manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands across stakeholders
  • •Travel to customer offices, conferences and talks to support the sales process and customer enablement

Key Requirements

  • •Business Fluency in German
  • •Ability to manage a project, meet deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
  • •Understanding of how the internet works (TCP vs UDP, DNS, TLS, HTTP) and related concepts
  • •Travel to customer offices, conferences and/or talks
  • •Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role
