Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the data validation and testing team by defining and executing data issues test strategies across projects and value streams.
  • •Build test cases, get them reviewed and approved, perform end-to-end testing, and seek sign-off.
  • •Drive risk mitigation, contingency planning, and business readiness assessments for successful data issue remediation implementations.
  • •Report testing progress, risks, and issues to senior management and governance forums; maintain oversight on testing, sign-offs, and audit deliverables.
  • •Partner with program workstreams and collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure deliverables transition into BAU reporting and meet business and regulatory expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven stakeholder management skills and a strong management track record in dynamic environments, including leading teams with diverse backgrounds across locations.
  • •Experience delivering change in a services environment with an appreciation of regulatory and compliance imperatives.
  • •Ability to define test approach/scenarios/test cases and execute the test strategy for regulatory systems and applications.
  • •Experience with data sourcing, ETL processes, and conformance/common data layers.
  • •Knowledge of automation testing tools and ability to work independently while managing priorities and communicating effectively across teams.
