Recovery Officer (UAE National)

Provide administrative and operational support to the Collections department, ensuring accurate documentation, settlement monitoring, and regulatory compliance. You will contact 180+ delinquent clients to recover overdue payments, negotiate settlements, follow up on credit card and loan accounts, and coordinate restructuring or legal actions to minimize losses while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.
