Key Responsibilities

•Implement project scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting client expectations and project requirements.
•Monitor the progress of project works and maintain customized reports for client and project management.
•Conduct probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and monitor project milestones.
•Analyze project schedule, critical path and major risks, proposing corrective actions to keep project on track.
•Prepare monthly project reports and presentations, and quantify the overall impact of any deviations.

Key Requirements

•Expert/advanced Primavera P6 project planning tools experience, preferably in high-tech, manufacturing, industrial projects.
•Ability to coordinate multiple inputs and performance data and provide project/program status reports.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to build good working relationships with the project team.
•Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
