Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting client expectations and project requirements.
  • •Monitor the progress of project works and maintain customized reports for client and project management.
  • •Conduct probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and monitor project milestones.
  • •Analyze project schedule, critical path and major risks, proposing corrective actions to keep project on track.
  • •Prepare monthly project reports and presentations, and quantify the overall impact of any deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert/advanced Primavera P6 project planning tools experience, preferably in high-tech, manufacturing, industrial projects.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple inputs and performance data and provide project/program status reports.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to build good working relationships with the project team.
  • •Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
