Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship production AI features across Rillet's ERP platform, including AI agents, structured data extraction, and intelligent automation for accounting workflows
  • •Design and maintain the infrastructure powering LLM inference, fine-tuning pipelines, and RAG systems at scale
  • •Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex finance and accounting workflows into AI-driven solutions
  • •Develop internal tooling and evaluation frameworks that improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of Rillet's AI systems
  • •Drive continuous improvement of model performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and systematic experimentation

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a technical role with a strong foundation in backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • •2-3+ years shipping production AI systems, not research or prototypes, with real users and real stakes
  • •Hands-on experience with production LLM applications, such as RAG pipelines, agentic systems, or structured extraction
  • •Proficiency in Python and comfort working across the full stack to deliver end-to-end features
  • •Strong product instincts and a habit of thinking about user impact, not just technical correctness
