Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner role delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to children and adults with eating disorders via a 100% virtual platform. You will work in a 5-person multidisciplinary team, manage high-volume caseloads, diagnose and treat, coordinate with specialists, and participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings from a remote PST schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a high-volume patient caseload.
•Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions (psychiatric consultation available).
•Implement medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic (telehealth) setting.
•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers.
•Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
•Maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross-licensing as applicable (costs covered by Equip).
•3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting; Primary Care experience preferred.
