Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PMC construction activities and provide governance, standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks across Solar PV, BESS, Transmission, and Subsea Interconnector assets.
  • •Oversee safe, efficient, and compliant construction delivery by monitoring progress, quality, productivity, and contractor performance against approved requirements.
  • •Manage and challenge EPC/EPCI contractor execution strategies, readiness for key milestones, performance reviews, and independent field validation of progress claims.
  • •Lead construction readiness reviews and planning (engineering, procurement, logistics, permits, workforce, work packaging, sequencing, and critical-path activities) while monitoring construction risks and mitigation.
  • •Provide marine and subsea construction oversight, manage offshore/onshore interfaces, and support commissioning/turnover readiness including mechanical completion and handover coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 20 years’ experience delivering major capital projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years in senior construction leadership roles.
  • •Proven track record delivering projects exceeding US$1 billion.
  • •Extensive experience managing EPC/EPCI contractors and large multidisciplinary construction teams.
