Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead North America Rewards with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, resource deployment, and overall business performance.
  • •Develop and implement the practice’s strategic vision and growth agenda aligned to Human Capital objectives and Aon business strategy.
  • •Drive business development by originating and expanding large multinational and mid-market client opportunities and shaping go-to-market strategies.
  • •Lead large-scale enterprise rewards transformations including global job architecture, position management, job evaluation, incentive program development, rewards governance, and pay transparency.
  • •Build and develop a high-performing team of rewards consultants, mentoring leaders and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across the practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in total rewards consulting or senior in-house rewards leadership within large, global organizations, including advising executive leadership teams.
  • •Demonstrated success leading a consulting practice, business unit, or significant portfolio with direct accountability for revenue, profitability, forecasting, and strategic growth.
  • •Proven track record originating, leading, and closing complex, multi-year consulting engagements and achieving growth objectives in rewards and total rewards.
  • •Deep expertise in global rewards strategy, compensation program design, incentive plan development, rewards governance, workforce analytics, pay transparency, and talent strategy.
  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, building leadership pipelines, succession strategies, and collaborating across matrixed teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
