Job Summary

Lead strategic market analysis for a growing residential portfolio within the Residential Business Unit. You will assess and segment the Riyadh residential market, track economic and regulatory trends, and build supply-and-demand and scenario models to support investment and product decisions. Partner with Development Strategy, Development, Investment, Design, and senior leadership to deliver highest-and-best-use analysis and board-ready presentations covering product mix, pricing, positioning, and rollout timing.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess and segment the Riyadh residential market to inform product rollout.
•Monitor and report shifts in residential market dynamics, including regulatory, legal, and financing changes.
•Identify high-value products to increase marketability and yield.
•Create and maintain residential supply-and-demand models and run scenario analysis on demand.
•Develop highest-and-best-use analysis and create presentations for N-1 panels and board-level forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance preferred (engineering acceptable). MBA/Master’s in Economics or Finance preferred.
•Extensive management consulting or real estate consulting background (minimum 3 years, 6+ years preferred).
•Strong understanding of real estate products and development economics across consulting engagements or real estate value chain experience.
•Experience creating and using supply/demand models.
•Experience building highest-and-best-use models and trade area assessments.
