Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound service desk calls for healthcare customers as part of the Provider Clinical Service Desk.
•Respond to clinical aspects of issues in applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
•Document comments and close or escalate incident tickets and related issues in a timely manner.
•Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 service desk.
•Maintain availability in the phone queue at a designated workspace (including reading text on computer screens during shifts).

Salary: USD 34,387 - 56,188 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
•Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Shift-flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
•Working cell phone for manager communication and Two-Factor Authentication.
