Build and scale Ruby Labs mobile applications as we expand our mobile offering. You’ll enhance the existing React Native codebase, define mobile architecture and technical strategy, and partner with backend, product, and design teams to deliver reliable, high-performance user experiences. Own production debugging, incident investigation, and root cause analysis, while driving mobile reliability, performance, and observability standards. Guide CI/CD, releases, testing, and app store deployments.

•Maintain and improve the React Native codebase for performance and stability.

•Own production debugging, incident investigation, and root cause analysis, driving reliability, performance, and observability on mobile.

•Experience with native modules and iOS/Android bridging (plus shipped apps on the App Store and Google Play).
