Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Operational P&L for the region across active IPs, including revenue, costs, and gross margin.
  • •Expand the IP portfolio into new cities by identifying venues, negotiating local partners, and launching new markets while maintaining quality and format standards.
  • •Adapt global IPs to local markets across production format, casting, logistics, and programming to meet audience quality benchmarks.
  • •Monitor and manage regional operational KPIs (occupancy, audience ratings, capacity launch efficiency, and gross margin per show) and drive improvement plans.
  • •Lead a team of 6 to 12 Project Managers and Producers with clear goals, regular 1:1s/performance reviews, and proactive performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in operations, general management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment, with P&L ownership and driven results.
  • •Strong analytical skills with P&L analysis, KPI monitoring, and comfort using data tools.
  • •Proven team management experience hiring, developing, motivating, and holding 6–12 people accountable.
  • •Operational rigor with a track record of improving execution quality and identifying issues early.
  • •Native or highly fluent English; additional languages are a plus depending on market.
