Handle submission, evaluation, and referral of insurance claims for the organization and beneficiaries, and maintain ongoing communication with insurers until settlement. Produce periodic claims reports, assess current insurance policies and coverage gaps, propose improvements, maintain accurate records, and support policy renewal and annual insurance budgeting.
