Lead collections execution for an assigned cluster by managing a team of Collection Executives and partnering with third-party recovery agencies. •Develop and execute cluster-specific collections strategies by analyzing data and portfolio health.
•Ensure adherence to collections processes, SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines; conduct reporting and reviews of the delinquent portfolio.
