  • •Develop and embed best-practice billing frameworks, policies, and documented ways of working.
  • •Ensure billing activity complies with contractual terms, pricing structures, internal policies, audit requirements, and relevant financial standards.
  • •Take ownership of the day-to-day billing operation and lead the billing team, including invoice generation and end-to-end billing cycles.
