  • •Develop and maintain district customer relationships and conduct regular customer visits.
  • •Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers; set objectives and performance appraisals and provide formal updates.
  • •Be the prime interface with product divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and execute escalation procedures.
  • •Own account planning with District Sales Engineer and support sales/system plans to CSD management, sales, and field engineering.
