Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations at Augustine Hotel Prague, ensuring guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet strict 5-star luxury standards. Lead and motivate room attendants and housemen by assigning daily tasks and coordinating smooth service. Manage linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies while handling special guest requests and VIP arrivals. Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to address maintenance issues and ensure timely room readiness for check-in.
