Job Summary

Lead product management for Global Atlantic’s proprietary mutual fund platform (FVIT) and its third-party variable insurance trust (VIT) fund platform for legacy variable annuity products. Own delivery of mutual fund product initiatives, manage FVIT board meeting preparation and board book administration, oversee fund/Investment Adviser budgets and expense profitability, and drive prospectus/shareholder report cycles with vendor partners while maintaining key legal agreements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage implementation of product initiatives and strategic objectives for Mutual Funds.
•Run FVIT Board meeting preparation, including project/timeline, agenda, written materials/exhibits, online board books, distribution to trustees, and logistics.
•Manage fund expenses and budgets with the Funds’ treasurer, including expense reviews, fee/invoice processing, expense ratio monitoring, and pro-forma analyses for expense/fee changes.
•Manage Investment Adviser expenses and profitability, including allocations, coordination on adviser budgets/projections, invoice review, and profitability reporting.
•Manage prospectus and shareholder report cycles and oversee distribution processes with third-party vendors; support VIT investment platform changes and maintain FVIT/VIT legal agreements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 148,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7-10 years in a financial services environment, preferably mutual funds, with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
•Knowledge of mutual funds and investment structures for variable annuities (VA) or other investment-only product platforms.
•Highly organized with the ability to build systems for maintaining, tracking, and referencing complex information and data.
•Superior attention to detail and strong process discipline.
•Adept analytical and communication skills, including writing and editorial review of investment-related material; FINRA Series 6 or 7 is a plus.
