Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect trash and recyclables from residents’ doorsteps across assigned communities, including upper-level units.
  • •Transport waste using a leak-proof tote to the pickup truck and then to the designated disposal site.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the dumpster area before completing the shift.
  • •Log nightly service documentation into the proprietary system.
  • •Work collaboratively with Operations Management as required to complete service and support emergencies as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with a good driving record
  • •Prior experience delivering high-quality customer service
  • •Comfortable working in outdoor settings and able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk long distances, and climb stairs
  • •Willingness to travel outside primary location as needed (5 days per week, Sunday–Thursday)
