Job Summary

Own the Order to Cash (O2C) value streams with a primary focus on billing and revenue, bridging IT and Finance to deliver operational excellence. Oversee day-to-day systems across Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, CPQ, and OCC, identify process bottlenecks, and design future-state automated solutions. Lead transformation and consolidation initiatives into Oracle Fusion Cloud while managing incidents, root-cause analysis, and SOX-compliant audit controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary IT solution owner for O2C value streams with primary focus on billing and revenue.
•Lead design, architecture, and deployment phases of O2C transformation projects, partnering with system integrators and cross-functional IT teams.
•Identify process bottlenecks in the current state (EBS, RMCS, Oracle Fusion, CPQ, OCC) and design future-state automated solutions for billing and revenue.
•Serve as primary liaison between IT and Finance operations, translating operational pain points into actionable technical roadmaps.
•Monitor system performance, manage incident escalations, and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues, ensuring SOX compliance and robust security/audit controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Order to Cash, with expertise in Billing and Revenue and Oracle ERP integrations.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
•Analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities.
