Job Summary

Drive AMD server and professional graphics sales and grow market share in Shanghai. Own account and channel strategy, foster executive-level partner relationships, educate partners on AMD technologies, and build cooperative alliances. Execute sales-out plans, achieve quota, grow EPYC/GPU business, and develop short- and long-term account action strategies while funneling opportunities to internal design-in and business unit teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales and grow market share for AMD servers and professional graphics.
•Establish and execute sales strategy, partnerships, and market approach to deliver revenue goals.
•Understand customer and partner business goals; manage expectations and resolve customer issues.
•Create and implement sales and marketing programs to grow business within the channel.
•Define account strategies and execute sales-out for top accounts, achieving quota and growing EPYC/GPU sales and market share.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated success in the high-tech industry with commercial sales experience in a sophisticated organization.
•5+ years of key industrial experience across manufacturing, services, CSP, government, education, FSI, and energy segments.
•Established relationships with China OEM/ODM partners (e.g., Magainfra, H3C, xFusion, CKC, ZTE, Huaqin, Lenovo).
•Deep understanding of computer architecture, server platform form factors (GPU and storage server), networks, database, virtualization, and AI workloads/LLMs (e.g., vllm, SGLang, Deepseek/Qwen).
•BSEE or relevant technical degree; MSEE or MBA is preferred/desirable.
