•Elevate the visual quality of Abnormal AI’s global brand across web, product, campaigns, social, and experiential touchpoints.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and web teams to develop cohesive creative concepts.
•Provide creative feedback to sharpen concepts and elevate execution across campaigns, launches, events, and motion.
•Create scalable design systems and toolkits to support a growing global brand.
•Integrate AI tools into creative practice to accelerate ideation, scale production, and improve workflow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,200 - 214,500 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of relevant design experience with a strong balance of in-house and agency work.
•A portfolio of standout, strategic, original brand work across digital, experiential, and integrated campaigns, with demonstrated web capability.
•Proven experience evolving or establishing a visual identity system at scale.
•Full-stack creative versatility across campaigns, digital, brand, and web work.
•Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and able to actively use AI tools across ideation, production, and workflow.
