Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) protocols for chemical processing, extraction, and purification.
  • •Operate tank reactors and related equipment (filtration, separation, purification units) at bench and pilot scale.
  • •Collect and analyze experimental data (process parameters, weights/volumes, analytical results) and identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Prepare chemical solutions and reagents per experimental specifications and monitor/control key process parameters (temperature, pH, flow rates, residence time, dosing).
  • •Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and digital documentation, perform routine maintenance/calibration/troubleshooting, and follow safety and hazard assessment requirements.
