Technical Account Manager

Serve as the primary technical contact for premium Fortinet customers, delivering support across Fortinet products in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze configuration data, network information, and packet traces, recommend actions, educate customers, assist with installation, reproduce environments in lab, and manage open cases end-to-end. You’ll engage with customers in the Americas, conduct status calls and site visits, and help develop deployment best practices.
