Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions for business value.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to understand processes, challenges, and strategic objectives, translating them into scalable solution designs and architectural requirements.
  • •Partner with architects, engineers, and product owners to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy.
  • •Design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions, automations, and digital capabilities using modern low-code and pro-code technologies.
  • •Improve data quality, reporting, and insights to support decision-making across the CIB value chain.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience building solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power Apps).
  • •Understanding of generative AI concepts such as large language models, knowledge grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
  • •Ability to drive and be on top of standard agent capabilities and functionality in Dynamics 365.
  • •Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, prototypes, or production-ready services.
  • •Interest in secure and governed AI development, including data handling, access management, testing, and lifecycle management.
