Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and perform work per repair order, dealership, and factory standards
  • •Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs; examine vehicles for additional safety or service work
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts; save and tag parts for warranty/customer requests
  • •Notify the service advisor when additional work isn’t needed or when repairs can’t be completed within the promised time
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians when assigned; attend factory training and keep shop tools and work area secure

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of reconditioning or dealership service experience
  • •Familiarity with multi-point inspections and light mechanical repairs
