Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for all onsite IT activities and consult with help desks and technical staff to resolve problems.
  • •Perform operations and maintenance for networks/servers, including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.
  • •Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems received via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • •Use SCCM Software Center to install operating system patches and upgrades; ensure user applications work over VPN and/or Citrix.
  • •Support asset and device lifecycle activities such as physical inventory, encryption, cabling, and disposal preparation (wiping devices before leaving the facility).

Salary: USD 53,040 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0–3 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •US Citizen.
  • •High degree of technical proficiency with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Minimum 6 months troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware in a customer service role.
  • •Must obtain and hold relevant certifications: A+, ITIL Foundation, HDI, and one of Security+, Network+, or Server+ (within six months of hire); Public Trust clearance required.
