Job Summary

Strategically manage BMN environments at the OPS-IT level, coordinating with Business Network Service Referents, IS and Cyber teams to protect information assets. Lead asset lifecycle control, perform risk assessments and vulnerability scans, implement IAM controls, ensure compliance with NIS2 and ISO/27001, and drive incident response planning and security awareness across the organization in a regulated aerospace context.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of BMN at the OPS-IT level as a project, coordinating with Business Network Service Referent, Information System and Cyber teams
•Identify, track, and manage assets throughout their lifecycle with rigorous control and hardening measures
•Conduct periodic and ad-hoc risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and system hardening reviews
•Oversee asset derogation processes with justification, documentation, and remediation/substitution plans
•Implement and monitor IAM solutions to manage secure access rights across the BMN environments
•Maintain data security and information management standards per regulatory and corporate policies
•Build, test, and update incident response and disaster recovery plans, ensuring operability and readiness
•Drive continuous security event monitoring and timely response to incidents
•Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization
•Prepare security, compliance, risk, and incident reports for internal and external stakeholders
•Ensure Security by Design and privacy by design across projects and systems
•Maintain liaison with national authorities for ongoing NIS2 compliance and reporting

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
•Experience leading complex programs in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and operational excellence
•Proven track record advising aerospace stakeholders on digital transformation and IT modernization
•Experience in project management and contributing to transformation projects
•Experience designing and implementing security awareness programs
