Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Seek business opportunities through promoting Honeywell solutions and third party maintenance solutions to the customers, to pursue maintenance orders and retrofit jobs; manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to budgets and plans.
•Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives and service recipients; oversee retrofit projects, service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment.
•Lead system testing and commissioning works; supervise labor and subcontractors and monitor site progress and completion schedules.
•Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on equipment prices and modification works; coordinate with sourcing for orders and plan site resources (manpower, materials, tools).
•Perform system design and execute engineering works, including software engineering; provide emergency support outside normal hours and deliver technical trainings to employees and external customers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical or Building Services engineering or related discipline
•Minimum 2 years project / maintenance service experience for degree holder, or minimum 3–4 years for top up degree holder, or minimum 4-5 years for Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder
•Proven track record on project management
•Good knowledge with hands-on experience on Honeywell systems/products or similar in the industry (Building Control, Extra Low Voltage System)
•Possess knowledge on cloud / IoT connection is an advantage
