Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide real-time verbal interpretation between English and target language(s) in operational, training, and briefing settings
  • •Translate written documents, technical materials, and classified information as required
  • •Support human intelligence (HUMINT), civil affairs, and liaison operations by bridging language and cultural gaps
  • •Assist with interpretation during interviews, interrogations, meetings, and operational briefings
  • •Ensure all translations retain the original meaning and context, with an emphasis on accuracy and nuance

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and at least one target language (e.g., Arabic, Pashto, Dari, Farsi, Russian, Mandarin, etc.)
  • •Proven interpretation/translation experience in a military, government, or defense contractor setting
  • •Ability to operate in high-stakes and sensitive environments with discretion
  • •Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols and classification guidelines
  • •Ability to adapt to changing mission needs and rapidly evolving operational environments
