Assistant Manager – Inventory

Lead end-to-end inventory management across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, packaging materials, consumables, and spare parts—balancing service levels, production continuity, and working capital. Drive inventory accuracy through perpetual cycle counts and variance investigations, manage third-party tolling inventory, and serve as a key user for Oracle Fusion inventory controls. Oversee warehouse operations and a team of ~50, coordinate with procurement/planning/production/finance, and manage scrap and packaging waste reduction.
