Key Responsibilities

•Grow and nurture TikTok Shop creators through one-to-one management and communication.

•Organize creator operations to build large-scale livestreams and help creators understand TikTok Shop policies online and offline.
•Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations that drive sustainable platform growth.
•Onboard top celebs/KOLs and incubate them into top TikTok Shop creators, collaborating with campaign and marketing teams to enhance publicity.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in influencer, celebrity, or KOL management.
•Proficiency in English.
•Prior experience in e-commerce affiliate business and access to celebrity resources is preferred.
•Ability to plan and execute online and offline events is preferred.
