Job Summary

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations by coordinating associates, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work area, and overseeing packaging and documentation for shipping. Operate and maintain stretch/shrink wrap equipment, manage forklift safety practices, and complete required checklists and reporting (e.g., shipping BOL, inspections). Assist with training, communicate safety/quality issues to leadership, and support timely execution of production and shipping goals.

•Coordinate warehouse associates, including breaks, and communicate safety, machinery, quality, and documentation concerns to leadership.
•Operate stretch wrap/shrink wrap equipment and ensure packaging procedures prevent shipping damage.
•Oversee daily general maintenance on forklifts (oil levels, beeper, tires) and ensure safe practices around battery chargers and chocking wheels; report maintenance needs.
•Complete required shipping and compliance documentation timely (e.g., Shipping BOL, Recalls, FLL Checklist, forklift inspection sheets) and assist in training associates.
