Job Summary

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for global collections and settlement capabilities, enabling next-generation financial institutions and merchants to make cross-border payments. Define multi-currency global account capabilities and drive integrations with national payment rails (e.g., SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit). Lead end-to-end discovery to go-to-market, ensure compliance and reconciliation standards, and partner closely with engineering, treasury, finance, legal, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for global accounts and local payment rail integration products, aligned with growth strategy.
•Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for collections and settlements products.
•Lead end-to-end implementation and integration for new global and domestic payment schemes (direct and indirect participation models), translating scheme requirements into product specs.
•Ensure virtual account and payment rail offerings meet compliance, regulatory, and reconciliation standards for cross-border safeguarding.
•Accelerate cross-border B2B payments time-to-settlement by improving transparency, enriched remittance data, and support flexible payment initiation and bulk processing use cases.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience in FinTech or financial services, focused on payments, banking, or core infrastructure products.
•Hands-on experience with bank payment rails and integrating with/participating in national payment schemes (e.g., SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit, real-time payments).
•Experience building or managing Virtual Account (VA) or digital IBAN/account identifier capabilities for corporate or institutional clients.
•Strong technical acumen to translate complex payment system requirements and integration flows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Solid understanding of global cash management, reconciliation, settlement, and safeguarding in a B2X cross-border context.
