Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for global accounts and local payment rail integration products, aligned with growth strategy.
  • •Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for collections and settlements products.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation and integration for new global and domestic payment schemes (direct and indirect participation models), translating scheme requirements into product specs.
  • •Ensure virtual account and payment rail offerings meet compliance, regulatory, and reconciliation standards for cross-border safeguarding.
  • •Accelerate cross-border B2B payments time-to-settlement by improving transparency, enriched remittance data, and support flexible payment initiation and bulk processing use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience in FinTech or financial services, focused on payments, banking, or core infrastructure products.
  • •Hands-on experience with bank payment rails and integrating with/participating in national payment schemes (e.g., SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit, real-time payments).
  • •Experience building or managing Virtual Account (VA) or digital IBAN/account identifier capabilities for corporate or institutional clients.
  • •Strong technical acumen to translate complex payment system requirements and integration flows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Solid understanding of global cash management, reconciliation, settlement, and safeguarding in a B2X cross-border context.
