Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the long-term FX product strategy and translate 0-6 month goals into clear roadmaps for the FX subdomain.
•Provide direction to the engineering team, anticipate obstacles, and ensure on-time delivery with best practices.
•Own operational and regulatory risks for the FX product and coordinate across Payments, Lending, and other domains.
•Be the go-to subject matter expert on FX by researching and validating problems with user feedback and market insights.
•Execute data-driven prioritization balancing short-term client needs with long-term product vision and platform resilience.

•Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and regulatory information into clear, executable product plans and user stories
