Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations for all programs at the place of work, coordinating with others in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting professional development and continuous learning for employees.

  • •Develop and establish operating policies and ensure adequate execution in line with company policies and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Construction project planning, scheduling, and oversight to deliver on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes for quality and compliance.
  • •Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance.
  • •ERP knowledge—preferably SAP functional skills—plus professional engineering/operations management qualification or relevant engineer registration.
