Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily book transfers, ACH, and wire transfers from RECWeb Work log for multiple departments under deadlines.
  • •Perform daily balancing and resolution/escalation of cash and unidentified reconciliation items, including receipt, disbursement, and clearing accounts.
  • •Set up and maintain PAT (Pre-Authorized Transfer) payments related to ongoing loan/payment activity.
  • •Support daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for collection, escrow, and reserve accounts, including monitoring and clearing stale dated checks.
  • •Review energy-related legal agreements and administer energy transactions, including project-based account setup and reconciliation and withdrawl requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 63,000 - 96,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Accounting, Finance (or related) or comparable experience; or 5 years relevant job experience in banking/account/commercial mortgage servicing.
  • •Strong knowledge of Borrower Ownership structures.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  • •Strong organizational, prioritization, and detail-orientation skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
