Key Responsibilities

  • •Edit and format software/hardware engineering documentation and interface with engineers/managers to implement changes.
  • •Verify change requests are in the proper state and ensure implemented updates to documentation.
  • •Coordinate, track, and report status for inquiries and problem resolution across documentation workflows.
  • •Provide tools expertise and support to Engineering (e.g., MS Office apps, requirements capture databases, change management and tracking tools) and generate reports.
  • •Support Agile-team duties and coordinate Third-Party Intellectual Property documentation; assist with presentations, metrics, action items, and bid/proposal follow-ups.
