Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of EMEIA branding initiatives across Compressor Systems and Air Treatment businesses.
  • •Drive brand value propositions, brand architecture, portfolio positioning, transitions, and brand consolidation projects across the region.
  • •Develop and manage customer loyalty and retention programs, including loyalty frameworks, recognition programs, incentive structures, and engagement campaigns.
  • •Ensure brand governance and compliance by applying brand standards and guidelines consistently across customer touchpoints and supporting local marketing teams and distributors.
  • •Establish KPIs, monitor milestones, track performance (engagement, participation, retention, advocacy, business impact), and provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • •5–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, loyalty programs, or related disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of brand governance, brand implementation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • •Experience supporting regional or global branding initiatives and knowledge of customer retention, customer experience, and loyalty program development.
