Key Requirements

  • •Insurance and/or sales experience; bachelor’s degree or 3 years sales or relevant insurance experience (claims preferred).
  • •Ability to speak clearly, empathically, and professionally via phone; must be able to meet in person and virtually.
  • •Strong ability to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts (or facilitate conflict resolution), and prioritize effectively.
  • •Ability to multi-task and learn/apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; compliance with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policy.
