Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems (pumps, valves, gearboxes, drives, bearings, and sanitary process equipment).
  • •Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase power, motor controls, and electrical protective devices; able to safely use test equipment.
  • •Experience with VFDs and basic controls systems (PLC/HMI) for fault finding and start-up/shutdown support.
  • •Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; proficient with hand and power tools; able to read work orders/schematics and follow GMP and safety procedures (lockout/tagout).
  • •Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards (NFPA 70E) and a commitment to safe work practices.
