Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects, including plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
  • •Facilitate project governance and stakeholder management through working groups, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • •Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including change control impact assessment.
  • •Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners by tracking deliverables and supporting vendor governance and performance monitoring.
  • •Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and support testing, deployment, business readiness, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12 years of project management experience in insurance transformation environments.
  • •Proven delivery of business and technology transformation projects.
  • •Strong understanding of Life, General, and/or Medical Insurance operations and processes.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • •Experience delivering technology implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement in multi-vendor environments.
