Installation Coordinator

Coordinate customer installations for complex projects by maintaining relationships with assigned accounts and working with sales teams to understand requirements. Review and update work orders, schedule pre-site, delivery, and installation events, and keep the installation calendar accurate. Track installation metrics, manage pre-site notes and invoices, provide pricing and serve as the main point of contact for issues. Prepare credit memos and sales orders for returns and rescheduled appointments.
