Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years equivalent experience in learning and development (ideally corporate learning), human resources and/or events management.
  • •Experience in logistics planning and deployment of learning events, with strong attention to detail, customer focus, time management, and organizational skills.
  • •Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication to build trust across internal and external partners.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with learning management and feedback tools (Workday Learning and Qualtrics) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
