Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling team members, and educating them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Guide the team during shift start and rotate workstations throughout the shift.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before production start-up and that equipment is performing and stations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily, conduct monthly safety meetings, oversee processing operations, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems while supporting continuous quality education.
