Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of AMD data center transactions, including site selection, leasing, credit support transactions, and ongoing operations.
  • •Negotiate financing and structured transaction terms, including project finance, secured borrowing facilities, securitization structures, and related documentation with lenders and investors.
  • •Review and negotiate energy and utility agreements such as electricity infrastructure agreements, power purchase agreements (renewable and carbon-free), and interconnection and related utility arrangements.
  • •Advise on energy regulatory matters and market-specific risks impacting data center power procurement and operations.
  • •Coordinate outside counsel, manage due diligence review (title, survey, environmental, regulatory), and build scalable transaction templates and playbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,390 - 249,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience with complex commercial real estate, data center, or digital infrastructure transactions.
  • •Experience supporting or advising on capital markets and structured finance transactions (e.g., project finance, secured lending, securitization).
  • •Energy and infrastructure experience, including electricity transactions, power purchase agreements, interconnection and utility arrangements, and data center power/cooling requirements.
  • •Ability to negotiate technical terms related to data center operations, power, utilities, and advise on regulatory matters affecting data center infrastructure and energy.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage complex, high-value, multiparty transactions in a fast-paced in-house environment.
