Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of the Elemental Analytical Laboratory and manage day-to-day operations.
  • •Operate, analyze, calibrate, and determine accurate elemental values using ICP OES, ICP MS, WD XRF, and combustion ion chromatography.
  • •Maintain instrument inventory and provide basic troubleshooting for laboratory instruments.
  • •Collect, organize, and interpret instrument data and enter results into LIMS.
  • •Maintain HSE compliance, communicate with vendors on analytical methods, and recommend safety/quality/productivity improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum MSc in Analytical/Inorganic Chemistry from a reputed university.
  • •3-4 years’ working experience in Refinery/Petrochemicals (advantage).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of elemental chemistry and strong knowledge of analytical instruments (ICP OES, ICP MS, WD XRF, combustion ion chromatography).
  • •Computer literate, including MS Word and Excel, with ability to work independently and in teams.
  • •Basic knowledge of safety for laboratory operations and basic statistics knowledge.
