Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed store goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
  • •Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize work, and champion change while maintaining high standards.
  • •Lead and develop store associates through training and quarterly goal setting; provide coaching and feedback.
  • •Communicate effectively with team and management; maintain ethical conduct and adapt to change to support business goals.
  • •Ensure adherence to policies and store compliance and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
